Zhao Gang, the head of a bank in Harbin, China, is obesity. He is about 57-58 years old, but with nearly two decades of diabetic history.
He seldom does nice things to people. If he does something nice to someone, just like promoting someone or placing someone in an important position, he must first get a bribe. He is a real scandal.
He is obese, so he breathes heavily and hurriedly. He has severe case of diabetes. He injects insulin three times or more every day.
Additionaly,he has erectile dysfunction. He can't beef up. So nobody knows how many paramour his wife has made adultery with.
He can't see objects well because his eyes are damaged by diabetes. He nearly went blind several years ago.
He is a perfect scoundrel, rogue and a political hooligan.
I don't know if he is still alive now.
He should do some good things for others.
