How do you determine or evaluate success? Give me an example of one of your succe ssful accomplishment.

In my opinion, success means not only myself but also my team and my company  achieving  the satisfaction.
It is available when we have truth each other. One day, a terrible incident happened at the front desk and nobody was around.
